Xinhui Lilong Hardware & Electrical Products Factory manufactures various plasma/LCD brackets (wall mounts, ground mounts), shelf brackets, speaker stands, iron steel craftworks and other hardware products. Our products are mainly sold to Europe, the US and the Middle East, earning us an annual sales income of USD2 million last year.

Covering an area of 30,000 square meters, our factory is staffed by 200 workers and equipped with five production lines. Every month, we can turn out products of 5-6 containers (20'), 30 percent of which is for export. Currently, we serve over 10 buyers worldwide and famous companies such as JVC and Emerson prize our capabilities and services. This helped us increase our annual revenue by 15 percent in 2006.

We have an in-house workshop, which is staffed by 15 technicians and three engineers. Equipped with various advanced machines, our eight engineers with an average of five years' experience can roll out two new items monthly. Conducting a five-step stringent QC process based on ISO9001:2000 principles, every two inspectors assigned in each production lines check every unit strictly, ensuring you receive defect-free orders. This enables us to have successfully maintained a return rate of lower than 0.5 percent. As a result, buyers score us 90 points above on average according to the survey of customers' feedback.
